Limited Warranty:
All instruments sold and supplied by BioMedix are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. All supplies and system components carry a 90 day limited warranty. If in the judgment of BioMedix the instrument is proven to be defective during the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced with no charge for parts or labor.

This warranty does not cover any instrument, which has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or has been altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized BioMedix agent. This warranty also does not cover any unit that has had the serial number removed, defaced or rendered illegible.

This warranty does not apply to computers, printers, or monitors which may be supplied by BioMedix for use with BioMedix instruments. Computers, printers, and monitors are covered by separate warranties provided by the original equipment manufacturers. The details of these warranties, including registration and extended protection options are included with each computer, printer, and monitor.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS AND IS HEREBY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF INSTRUMENTS FOUND DEFECTIVE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. AN AUTHORIZED BIOMEDIX AGENT MUST MAKE ALL REPAIRS. INSTRUMENTS SENT BY MAIL OR COMMON CARRIER SHOULD BE INSURED AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGES, AS SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

Technical support on software is under warranty for 60 days.

Customer is responsible for backing up their data prior to returning product to BioMedix. BioMedix assumes no liability for lost data during repair or upgrade.
      
General:

In-Warranty Service: All freight charges incurred in shipping the product to BioMedix for in-warranty service work are to be paid by BioMedix. Return freight charges for in-warranty service work are to be paid by BioMedix and returned to customer via the same method product was received.

Non-Warranty Service: In the event that any product sent to BioMedix for repair is found to be operational within the herein described specifications, then customer shall pay to BioMedix $100.00 per Device as an inspection and testing fee payable immediately upon invoicing. All non-warranty servicing to the Products performed by BioMedix, at the request of customer shall be billed to customer at BioMedix standard hourly rates and charges in effect at the time such servicing is performed along with any freight charges incurred in returning the product to customer.
